Soft washing for suitable house exteriors
Painted cladding, older joinery and areas around windows need a different approach from hard concrete. We check the surfaces and choose a suitable cleaning method, including low-pressure soft washing where appropriate.
If paint is loose, timber is damaged or an area needs repair, cleaning will not hide it. Point it out when you enquire and we can discuss what is realistic before the job starts.

How much does a house wash cost?
It depends on the size and height of the house, access, the cladding and the amount of build-up. Send us the address and a few photos; we’ll explain the work and give you a quote for the areas you want washed.
What is included in an exterior house wash?
We can wash suitable exterior walls, cladding, eaves, soffits, fascia, frames and the outside of gutters and spouting. The exact areas are listed in your quote. Roof cleaning, debris removal inside gutters and detailed window cleaning should be requested separately.
Is soft washing suitable for my cladding?
That depends on the material and its condition. We look at the finish, any loose paint and areas that may let water in before choosing an approach. Let us know about older joinery or damaged surfaces when you enquire.
How often should I have my house washed?
There is no single interval for every home. Shade, nearby trees, coastal exposure and the condition of the exterior affect how quickly dirt and growth return. We can discuss a sensible maintenance plan after looking at your property.
Can you wash the roof and clear the gutters at the same time?
Ask us about both when requesting your quote. A roof wash or treatment and clearing the inside of gutters are separate from a standard house wash, but we can discuss the work together and set out what each part includes.
