What does a house wash cover?
We assess the cladding and clean the accessible exterior areas agreed in your quote. That can include walls, eaves, soffits, fascia and the outside faces of spouting. The method depends on the material and its condition.
The inside of a gutter, the roof, driveway, deck and exterior windows are separate areas. If you want any of them done on the same visit, tell us when you enquire and we will price them clearly.

What is included in an Auckland house wash?
We clean the accessible exterior surfaces listed in your quote. These may include walls, eaves, soffits, fascia and the outside faces of spouting. Roof work, clearing inside gutters, driveways, decks and windows are separate services unless they are included in the agreed quote.
Do you soft wash houses or water blast them?
We assess the cladding, paint condition and access first. A gentler soft washing method is commonly used on house exteriors; harder surfaces such as suitable concrete may call for a different method. We do not use one pressure setting on every surface.
How much does house washing cost in Auckland?
